2. Before You Accept a Review Request

• Availability: Ensure you can complete the review within 10–14 days.
• Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any personal, professional, or financial connections with the authors or their institutions.
• Confidentiality: Do not share the manuscript or discuss its contents with anyone.

3. How to Conduct a Review

When reviewing a manuscript, maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and objectivity. Evaluate based on:

• Originality: Does the paper offer new insights or significant contributions to the field?
• Structure: Are all standard sections (title, abstract, introduction, methods, results, conclusion) clearly presented?
• Methodology: Are methods appropriate, clearly described, and replicable?
• Results & Discussion: Are findings presented logically and supported by data?
• Language & Clarity: Are there issues with grammar, flow, or presentation that need attention?
• References: Are sources current, relevant, and properly cited (APA 7th Edition)?

4. Ethical Considerations

• Plagiarism: Report any suspected plagiarism or data duplication to the editor immediately.
• Data Fabrication: Flag any signs of manipulated or falsified data.
• Bias Avoidance: Evaluate the work impartially regardless of authors' nationality, gender, or institutional affiliation.

5. Writing Your Review

A high-quality review is constructive, evidence-based, and encouraging. Include:

• Summary: A short overview of the paper's purpose and findings.
• Detailed Comments: Clear strengths and areas that need improvement.
• Recommendations:

  • Revise – Requires minor or major revisions before reconsideration.
