Primary data was collected by self-constructed questionnaires or teachers and students and interview guides or head teachers. From the findings, 25% head teachers who participated in the study between 40 to 49, 50% were between 50 to 59 and 25% were above 59 years planning to retire, meaning they had enough experience necessary for good school performance. Additionally, most of the head teachers (50%) had spent 10 & above years, 25% had spent only 1-5 years, while 25% had spent 6-9 years in the schools they are heading.
