It was through a shared vision and mission that the head teacher will be able to offer sense of direct ion in his/her staff. With this vision and mission, the school can develop a plan. The plan should be broadly shared and understood by all the stakeholders. Another recommendation is that the head teachers should strengthen support supervision of lessons to his/her teaching staff.
