Effective communication strategies play a pivotal role in fostering a conducive environment for maintaining student discipline. The research concludes that Head Teachers' communication methods significantly influence student discipline in selected secondary schools. Effective communication strategies are essential in maintaining student discipline. To enhance student discipline, schools should provide professional development opportunities for Head Teachers, focusing on effective communication skills.
