This formed the basis of the detailed analysis and conclusions and recommendations. The researcher also confirmed the social capital theory. On the basis of the conclusions made, the researcher recommended that; There should be a strong collaboration among Non-Governmental Organization (CSOs) by coming together to write proposal for grant. This is because most donor funding is huge for one CSO, to manage effectively and efficiently. This therefore helped in soliciting for more funding for the development of all sectors in the District at large and not just some communities hence helped in the development of the whole district.
