The study concludes that staff training and development is recognized as a creative and efficient way of obtaining, sustaining, and establishing customer relationships. It also suggests that human resource can develop substantially through staff training and development by building trust and building customer awareness. However, most of the human resource hesitates to implement staff training and development strategies at the beginning of the organizational establishment.
