The findings of the study, it was shown that the relationship between effort expectancy and organizational performance (dependent variable). It shown that through bivariate means, the correlation between effort expectancy and organizational performance was (r) = 0.541. This implied that there was a moderate positive relationship between the two variables since the significant value effort expectancy results into a corresponding positive change in organizational performance in Uganda Breweries Limited and vice versa. There is strong evidence that effort expectancy is a direct determinant of behavioral intention to use ICT.
