Its reliability coefficient correlation after correcting to full test using spearman Prophecy formula was 0.15. From the study findings, the non-teaching staff agreed on there being more opportunities for career development that was 3(30%) of the non-teaching staff agreed with it. This implied that skills of the employees were developed to catch up with the changes in technology hence workers are able to perform changed jobs. The organization management should design a recognition programme that have a purpose of keeping employees motivated and productive. This would reinforce the organization’s expectations and goals since recognition and appreciation are integral components of winning reward strategy.
