Abstract
The study examined the relationship between cash flow management and profitability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Butiiti Sub-County, Kyenjojo District, Uganda. A sample of 227 SME owners and managers was surveyed using a descriptive cross-sectional research design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using correlation and regression analysis.
