Abstract

The following goals served as the framework for the study, which focused on technology and security in the Kampala district: to determine the degree of technological equipment and security in the district; to determine the degree of technological infrastructure and security in the district; and to determine the connection between electronic devices and security in the district. Target population participants included local residents who were surveyed as primary those surveyed, the chairman of the local council III, and the information and communication officer of the Kampala District who additionally served as a key the informant, totaling a hundred participants in order to provide the investigators with more information. According to the study's conclusions, security and technology are related in Kampala District. Technological and security have a substantial positive correlation—0.908, according to Pearson's coefficient of correlation—between them. The association is considered significant at the 99% confidence level because the p-value is less than 0.05. This suggests that using technology to improve security in Kampala District is a good thing. The strong association between security levels and the adoption of technology for security suggests that these two factors are correlated. In all sections of Kampala, but especially in the Kawempe Municipality, surveillance systems that can recognize more sensitive objects and public areas must be deployed as soon as possible. Encourage information sharing and dialogue among all social agencies. For example, all agency staff should have an email address to discuss and share ideas online in group discussions.
