A total of 52 employees were randomly selected, although at last only 42 were retrieved. Data was analyzed using frequency tables and percentages. The findings of the study indicated that 44.2% of the respondents agreed that short term investment decisions generate profits or returns to the company, 36.5% of the respondents strongly agreed as well to the view, while 11.5% of the respondents disagreed and 7.7% strongly disagreed to the view.
